Is your website securely encrypted?

No payments are needed through this website as the shop is hosted on Etsy Inc. where encryption and SSL for secure payments are in place. For that reason, there is no encryption on the Veronika Honestly website to allow faster loading and better experience.

Do you offer coupons & discounts?

There is a variety of extra sales throughout the year. The easiest way to never miss any is to subscribe to our newsletter (there is an opt-in in the footer).

How do I place an order?

Once at Etsy shop, add your chosen items to the basket and proceed to checkout. You can pay through their secure payment gate by credit card (supports major credit card types) or choose several alternative options for the checkout.

Can I track my order?

Orders may be tracked when you choose updated shipping service during checkout. After placing an order we will email you the tracking number as soon as it becomes available if you choose delivery with a tracking option.

Do you ship/deliver to my country? And where can I send returns?

How much are the shipping costs?

Currently, unless specified differently, we ship via Royal Mail UK. Price list is based on weight and destination and costs are calculated during checkout. Please contact us should you wish to discuss different shipping options - there is a cheaper option for an international delivery possible (without tracking and takes longer time) on request.

How long will delivery take?

UK deliveries take up to one week, delivery times outside the UK can take up to two weeks. Please note that delivery can take longer during major holidays and for other unexpected reasons. Please allow up to 10 business days for domestic (UK) deliveries or up to 28 business days for international deliveries (including EU) for starting a process of reporting a package as lost.

What if I need to return an item?

Do I have to pay an import tax?

Depending on laws in your country you may need to pay an import tax for some products from our shop. You will be informed by the courier in such case about next steps. Import tax is usually not claimed for products with lower value.
